By using HisabGhor (website, PWA, or Android app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. HisabGhor is operated by squard.dev.
1. The service
HisabGhor provides cloud-based point-of-sale and business management tools (sales, inventory, customers, stock, and reports). Features may change as we improve performance, security, and usefulness. You need an internet connection to use the service.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff / receptionist access you grant
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape abusively, or attempt unauthorized access to HisabGhor or other users’ data. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.
4. Your business data
You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant us permission to process that data only as needed to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion on the Delete account page.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent allowed by law, HisabGhor / squard.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service, including missed sales or incorrect reports.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
