This Privacy Policy explains how HisabGhor / squard.dev (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use HisabGhor — the website, PWA, and Android app at hisabghor.squard.dev.

- Account: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), and business / store details when you sign up. Google sign-in may provide name and email.
- Business data you enter: products, stock, invoices, customers, due/advance, reports, and related POS records
- Technical data: IP address, browser or device type, language, usage logs, and optional device tokens for notifications
- Cookies: session / auth cookies and similar technologies for login and preferences
2. How we use information
- To provide POS features: sales, inventory, customers, reports, and multi-store workflows
- To authenticate you (email/password or Google sign-in) and keep you signed in
- To support billing, account management, and customer support
- To maintain security and prevent abuse
- To understand performance, fix bugs, and improve the product
- To show relevant advertising on the website where ads are enabled

We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service is fully risk-free. We keep account and business data while your account is active, and retain records as needed for security, accounting, and legal purposes.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and accounting requirements. To delete your HisabGhor account without logging in, follow Delete account.
7. Children’s privacy
HisabGhor is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
