Delete your HisabGhor account
Google Play account-deletion request · no in-app login required
You can request deletion of your HisabGhor account without opening the app. We will delete your account and associated personal data from our systems.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the same address you used to sign up.
- Use the subject line: Delete HisabGhor account.
- Tell us if you also want related store / staff logins removed.
If you no longer have access to that email, write from another address and include any proof you can (name used on the account, shop name, approximate signup date).
What we delete
- Your profile (name, email, phone, password hash, Google sign-in link)
- POS data tied to the account (products, invoices, customers, stock, due/advance, stores), unless we must keep records for law or accounting
- Auth sessions and device tokens
Timing
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some backups or security logs may remain for a limited period, then expire. We may keep records if required by law (for example tax or fraud investigations).
